Feeldate Payments and Refunds
1. Payments for premium services on Feeldate are processed through the payment systems or financial institutions available on the platform. When making a payment, you agree to review and comply with the terms and conditions of the respective payment providers. You are responsible for adhering to their policies and instructions, and you bear full responsibility for any transactions carried out through your personal accounts.
2. If you choose to pay with a debit card, the transaction process, including the card number entry, takes place on a secure page of the payment processor. Your card details are transmitted in encrypted form and are not stored on the Company’s servers. All card transactions are conducted in compliance with the security requirements of the payment systems. Advanced security technologies are used to protect your payment information, and all data processing occurs on a high-tech secure server of the processing company.
3. Any fees imposed by payment systems or financial institutions for processing payments or transferring funds must be covered by you. A payment is considered completed once the authorization has been successfully approved by the payment provider or when the funds have been credited to Feeldate’s account.
4. Refunds are only available under two circumstances: if you have purchased VIP status and it was not activated on your account, or if the platform’s internal currency (Heartpoints) was credited in a smaller amount than what was purchased. In either case, you must promptly reach out to our support team at [email protected] with a detailed explanation of the issue. Refunds are not issued for unused Heartpoints or VIP status that you have purchased but chosen not to use.
